EdTA’s office will be closed from Saturday, December 23 through Monday, January 1. Happy Holidays to all!

Thanks to your generous support throughout 2021, the Educational Theatre Foundation was able to help hundreds of thousands of students enjoy the benefits of theatre education. That resulted in so many big wins. Go ahead and take a bow!

We would not have reached these incredible milestones without your passionate support. Here are big wins that you helped make happen:

Thespian Relief Grants have helped 18,845 students in 186 schools since September 2020. Those $161,000 in relief grants kept Thespian troupes and theatre programs going through the pandemic.

JumpStart Theatre is active in 34 schools. Shows will be produced in 10 different states during the 2021-22 school year.

Atlanta and Cincinnati are piloting the Pathway program to foster racial equity through school theatre. Each school will produce a show in the spring of 2022.

Our Theatre Alive! gala raised $180,000 to support school theatre and attracted 4,000 viewers to our cause.

Eighteen students received scholarships to help fund their college education — using the life skills they learned from theatre to pursue careers in theatre, education, and other careers.

ETF received its largest scholarship commitment to date from the Princess Grace Foundation.

We couldn’t do this work without all of you. Thank you for your past donations and support. Here’s where you can learn even more about supporting the foundation. Let’s keep working toward big wins that help to shape lives through theatre education because we really are #bettertogether.
