The Educational Theatre Association isn’t just for teachers and students.
One of the easiest ways to support theatre education is to give financial support. From programs that increase equity and access for students, to grants and scholarships that help fund teachers and students alike, you can be sure that any tax-deductible donation will provide a valuable theatre experience to our students and educators.
Individual and corporate theatre supporters around the world can participate in many of our events and programs, and we’re always looking for dedicated individuals to donate time, energy, and money to help our causes.
Whether at the local, regional, or national/international level, advocating for theatre education is an important part of keeping programs in schools. From principals, school boards, and superintendents all the way to elected officials on Capitol Hill, EdTA is a leading voice in the important conversations that lead to good policymaking, and we’ve got plenty of resources and tools for you to become an effective champion for theatre education, too!
Many companies generously support arts education because they know that school theatre builds professional skills such as collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking, which are essential for tomorrow’s workforce. If your organization would like to explore partnership and/or sponsorship opportunities, we want to work with you!
