EdTA Member Satisfaction Survey

Update: The member survey closes March 8. Don’t miss your chance to make your voice heard! If you cannot locate your survey invitation, you may use this link to access the survey.

To best understand EdTA members’ needs, wants, and awareness of programs, EdTA will conduct a comprehensive member satisfaction study — and all members and theatre education professionals are encouraged to participate.

EurekaFacts logoThe study will be conducted by EurekaFacts, a full-service market research firm that does extensive work with associations and education institutions, including the U.S. Department of Education. They’re based in Washington, DC, and certified to the International Quality Standard for Market, Public Opinion and Social Research (ISO 20252:2019). EurekaFacts conducted EdTA’s member satisfaction studies in 2015 and 2011.

The new study will focus on adult membership, including a survey of current EdTA adult members, segmentation analysis to define the specific profiles we serve, and a survey of non-members to evaluate which segments our association is not reaching and why.

“It’s an ideal time to do this research, as the results will help guide decision-making as we rebuild from COVID,” said Chief Membership Officer Hans Weichhart. “It will be a valuable onboarding tool for the new executive director, and foundational work for developing a strategic plan for the association.”

The survey will open the week of February 14 and close March 8. Members should be on the lookout for an email invitation directly from EurekaFacts via participate@eurekafacts.com. (Don’t forget to check your junk folder and/or Gmail promotions tab.)
