The Junior Thespian pages
Are you a Junior Thespian?
You’re a Junior Thespian if you were officially inducted into a middle or junior high school International Thespian Society troupe. You became eligible for induction into the honor society by completing at least fifty hours of excellent work in the theatre and related arts. As a Junior Thespian, you uphold the Thespian motto, “Act well your part; there all the honor lies.” The theatre skills, experience, and dedication you’re developing as a Junior Thespian will give you a head start on high school, so you’ll enter your freshman year with half of the Thespian points you’ll need for high school Thespian induction. Full details are available in the Junior Thespian Troupe Handbook.
