Missouri director selection uncontested

The deadline for filing a petition to contest the election of Jennifer Forrest-James as the new EdTA chapter director for Missouri has passed without any filings, so Forrest-James will take office on August 1. She was recommended for the position by the state’s EdTA Chapter Board.
Forrest-James will take over the unexpired term of Debbie Corbin, who will take a seat on the EdTA Board of Directors. The new chapter director’s term runs until July 31, 2013.
A theatre teacher at Parkway South High School in Ballwin, Missouri, Forrest-James has thirteen years of classroom experience in middle and high schools and serves on the Missouri Chapter Board.
