New school year "to do" list for troupe directors

Welcome back! While you’re gearing up for the new school year, please take a few minutes to check these quick but vital items off your troupe ‟to-do” list. Everything you need is on your troupe homepage.

Update your troupe profile
Log in and click ‟Troupe Business” at the top right of the page. On your troupe homepage click “Check / Update my troupe profile,” and update the contact information. Be sure to check your troupe’s membership paid-through date, the third field from the top of the profile.

Note: If this will be your first year as troupe director at your current school, please don’t edit the profiles of your troupe or the previous director until you have registered as the new troupe director.

Double-check your troupe’s paid status
If your troupe’s paid-through date has passed, we haven’t received your troupe dues. You have until October 15 to submit the $70 fee. Click ‟My invoices and transaction history” in the left menu bar to view or print your renewal notice. You may also click the link on the invoice to pay online by credit card.

Update your personal member profile
Click ‟Change my log-in ID and password through my personal troupe director homepage.” Update your personal contact information and change your password if you like.

Review your troupe roster and alumni list
Click ‟Active ITS student member and contacts list (view/edit/print)” and check that everyone who should be inducted is on the list with the correct status.

Note: It could take several weeks past August 1 for students’ profiles to advance to the next grade and for graduates to move automatically from your roster to your alum list.
